The number of months that a student has access to the course is two months, unless a different duration is included for the different courses. At the end of this period, access to the course is automatically terminated without prior notice.

Not everyone studies at the same pace. In addition, you may have to interrupt the course temporarily for whatever reason. In such a case, you can request Stepmile to extend the course duration. Stepmile applies a leniency policy, which implies that Stepmile will comply with this request in most cases. Stepmile BV reserves the right not to extend the course duration without giving a reasonIf assignments and corrections by a teacher form part of a course, you are entitled to guidance and correction during this running period. This right expires after the end of the course period.

The use of teaching materials and obtaining online access to the course other than for the personal study of the enrolled student is not permitted, nor is the transfer of your personal login code to third parties. If Stepmile suspects misuse, access to the course material can be blocked without giving a reason. In case of misuse, you are not entitled to a refund of course fees.

Stepmile does everything to prevent errors in the course material. If you nevertheless have complaints, please report them to Stepmile via [email protected] Stepmile has put together its website and all its course material with the utmost care. However, inaccuracies can occur. Stepmile BV is in no way liable, nor can be held responsible for any damage whatsoever arising from the information provided by Stepmile.

After registration, if canceled up to 1 month before the start of the training, € 75 will be charged in administration costs. If canceled up to 21 days before the start of the training, 50% of the total course costs due will be charged.In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the first training day, we are obliged to charge 90% of the total course costs.Cancellation must always be made in writing by registered letter.

In case of illness, the participant can be transferred to an identical training course that takes place at a later date, on the condition that the illness is confirmed in writing by the treating physician or the personnel department of the other party no later than 3 days after the original training date. Otherwise, the full training fee remains due.

The course costs must be paid before the first day of the education or training. If payment is not made on time, the person liable for payment will owe interest of 1% per month from the due date.In addition, if the collection has to be transferred to third parties for collection, all related costs are for the account of the person liable to pay. 21% VAT is charged on top of the costs stated on this website.

Part of the course fee can only be refunded if early termination of the study is the result of serious illness or calamity. All this takes place after mutual agreement.

Stepmile reserves the right to cancel a course or training course if, in Stepmile's opinion, the number of participants is too small.Due to changes in exam requirements or qualitative improvement, Stepmile reserves the right to change programs in the meantime.

All rights of the course materials developed by Stepmile (including e-learning presentations) remain with Stepmile (Constitute BV). Without Stepmile's prior written consent, nothing from the publications may be reproduced, stored in an automated database, or made public by means of print, photocopy, microfilm, or otherwise. It is not allowed to use e-learning presentations, tests, or other materials for groups or individuals other than the registered student. Stepmile reserves the right to change the literature costs if a program and/or accompanying literature for a course or training changes.

By registering for a course or training, the participant indicates that he is aware of the registration and payment conditions of Stepmile Finance & Business courses.
